Jiří Vojáček

Jiří Vojáček was born in Frýdek-Místek and studied mathematics and physics at the Faculty of Science at Palacký University in Olomouc. After graduation, he worked as a teacher and later as principal of the Church High School in Kutná Hora. In 2009, he took on the position of principal at the Episcopal High School in Hradec Králové, where he gradually built a complex comprising a high school, an elementary school, a preschool, and an elementary arts school. As chairman of the Association of Directors of Church Schools and a consultant to the Czech Bishops’ Conference’s Education Commission, he understands what works in education and what needs to be changed. In the 2025 parliamentary elections, he won a seat and will take his place among the members of the lower house of Parliament. His experience in local politics in Kutná Hora and Hradec Králové helps him manage public finances responsibly. He is a husband, father of two children, and proud grandfather of three grandchildren. He enjoys making time for sports and culture, which bring him both joy and inspiration.
