Pavel Bělobrádek was born on 25. December 1976. He graduated from the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno on the Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology, where he ended his studies in 2001 with academic degree MVDr. and Ph.D. in 2008. Later, in year 2013 he finished his studies at CEVRO Institut with a MPA degree. In year 2010 he was elected as a chairman of KDU-ČSL (reelected in 2013). Since year 2014 he is a vice-chairman of government. He is also minister without portfolio for science, research and innovation.
